Sneaky Thanksgiving Snack

IF you're cooking a Turkey today:


1. one small onion (or two shallots), diced finely

2. livers from one turkey

3. two cloves of garlic, pressed or minced

4. two tablespoons of butter

5. Crackers

Melt butter on medium heat in a small saucepan. Cook garlic and onions in the pan for about 4-5 minutes. While thats going, slice the livers into small chunks. Add livers, sautee the mixture until liver is cooked through. Transfer mixture to a small bowl, serve with plain crackers with drinks and/or lines.
